Launched in April 2024, The Gozo Dive residence is a brand-new block of sea view apartments for short term rental about 200m from the dive shop in Xlendi. They have been finished to a very high standard offering guests maximum comfort and beautiful views in summer as well as in winter.

Amenities include a lift, underground parking, WIFI, satellite TV, 43” Smart TV, air conditioning (coin operated), ceiling fans, washing machine and even a lovely rooftop pool with deck area overlooking the spectacular Xlendi bay. The kitchens are from Veneta Cucine and have Bosch appliances, induction hobs, microwaves, ovens and dishwashers.

The ground floor apartments have a 25 sq m terrace, while all the other apartments have a large balcony overlooking the spectacular Xlendi bay

The Gozo Dive residence was built and finished to offer maximum comfort in all seasons, even in the colder, more humid winter months. There are AC units in all bedrooms and also in the main living / kitchen / dining areas. For those who prefer cooling by ventilation, all bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans. The air conditioning units also have dehumidifying and heating settings for the winter months. All windows and doors are double glazed and ALL bathrooms are equipped with fan heaters. The AC units and bathroom heaters are powered through a coin box near the front door.  

To ensure maximum comfort for our guests, all beds and mattresses were sourced from the Luxury Hotel Range of the prestigious DORELAN ITALIA. 

All rooms can be made up as double or twin. Some rooms can also be prepared as triple rooms. When booking or prior to arrival, simply inform us of the configuration that best suits your needs. Baby cots and High chairs are also available at no extra cost

Cleaning is done weekly (or more frequently by arrangement for extra charge).

Sheets and bath towels for the apartments are supplied and changed weekly.  

Beach towels can be rented from the Gozo Dive residence against a refundable deposit.

We can book breakfast, Half Board of Full Board packages in hotels and different restaurants near the dive shop in Xlendi. Breakfasts are booked at one of the hotels at a preferential rate of only 10 € per person and are popular with everyone. Full board packages are ideal for groups. A tax on accommodation (3,50 €/ person / week) needs to be paid directly to the apartment owner or hotel reception.
