We are open 7 days a week, call into our office with any queries, to book dives or to browse in the shop which has a wide range of quality dive kit at good prices, books and souvenirs. Presents of silver jewellery are very popular gifts for friends or family who were unable to join the holiday. Masks for diving and snorkelling are all with tempered glass for better vision and safety. We have a range of t-shirts, vests, polo shirts and fleeces that can be worn between dives and then taken home as a memento. We have high protection rash vests and suits to protect against the sun or for added warmth without weight in the cooler months. We are well stocked with Waterproof wetsuits and Apeks regulators. We also stock hundreds of items that divers may need while on holiday.

Our lecture rooms are equipped with DVD players; whiteboards; fans; seating and writing facilities for students. These rooms are also suitable for group meetings, many of the clubs who come to dive hold photographic evenings there, sharing the images taken during the days diving.

Our rental department is well stocked with Apeks Regulators; Waterproof and Bare manufactured suits; Aqualung BCD’s, masks including the Technisub Look and a variety of fins. We have sizes from children up to XXXL.

Divers who bring their own equipment can place it in one of our numbered blue boxes for ease of taking to and from dive sites and for storage between dives in our purpose designed divers’ store which also has a shower and toilet.

We have Compair and Bauer Compressors for filling air and nitrox with steel tanks of 5, 7, 10, 12, 15 and 18 lt (Din / Int). We have many tanks with twin pillar valve. 3lt tanks for re-breathers are also available. We also fill 300 bar tanks.

We have 13 dive vehicles of various sizes to take divers to the numerous shore dives. While dive groups are small we are also well equipped for dive clubs and larger groups. We also use the larger vehicles for families or groups of different levels with 2 or 3 instructors going to the same site for dives of different depths. We have a small Maruti Jeep, a Land Rover, pick-ups, mini buses and also larger vehicles.

Our purpose-built dive boat DIVEMANIA, taking up to 20 divers, is in the water from April to November. It goes to sites around Gozo, Comino and north Malta plus some specially arranged trips around Malta. As one of the few Gozo centres to have our own boat it allows us more flexibility in dive sites and is offered to divers as an option whenever it is going to a site suitable for their level. It is a hard boat with 2 x 240HP Yanmar engines. DIVEMANIA has a large diving platform and a comfortable diving ladder rendering the boat also ideal for technical divers and for divers with restricted mobility. DIVEMANIA could also be chartered out by families or groups of friends for half day or full day trips around the islands.

At St. Andrew’s Divers Cove we do all our servicing in-house. Our dedicated service department services all our rental equipment and our 200 tanks each year. We also service the equipment of some clients and other dive centres. Tanks are visually inspected and painted annually as well as being hydrostatically tested every 5 years. Every year all pillar valves are stripped down, cleaned manually and with an ultrasonic machine before being reassembled. All changeable parts and O-rings are changed. Our 50 regulators, stab jackets and other items of equipment are also serviced in-house.

Instructors cover a variety of languages for teaching and briefing divers, dependent on the time of year languages include: English; French; Maltese; Italian; Polish; German; Spanish. We also have training material (DVD’s and manuals) in a wide variety of languages.
