Training on the JJ-CCR, one of the most rugged and versatile rebreathers available, you’ll learn how to safely plan and execute no-decompression dives using air as a diluent, while mastering the fundamentals of CCR diving.
This course covers:
✅ How a rebreather works – understanding the JJ-CCR’s design, components, and breathing loop management
✅ Gas physiology and loop control – monitoring and maintaining an optimal breathing mix
✅ Dive planning and execution – calculating oxygen setpoints, gas management, and bailout strategies
✅ Manual and electronic system operation – balancing automatic functions with manual controls for added safety
✅ Emergency procedures – handling situations like hypoxia, hyperoxia, CO₂ buildup, and bailout drills
✅ CCR buoyancy control – mastering loop volume adjustments for precise buoyancy

Prerequisites:

Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
Minimum 25 logged dives
